1. Overview
Decor It Up Balloons currently provides in-person delivery and setup of balloon decorations for events. We do not ship products by mail or courier.

2. Delivery Areas

  • Deliveries are available within [insert your service area, e.g., city or radius].

  • Events outside this area may require additional travel fees, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery and setup times are scheduled based on the event time provided during booking.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate event details, including address and start time.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fees may apply depending on distance and event requirements.

  • Fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

5. Setup & Handling

  • Our team will handle all setup of balloon decorations on-site.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and safe for setup.

6. Pick-Up / Returns (for rentals, if applicable)

  • If rental items are added in the future, pick-up and return arrangements will be scheduled directly with the client.

  • Late returns or missing items may incur additional charges.

7. Changes to Delivery

  • Any changes to delivery times or locations must be communicated at least [72 hours] before the event.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments on short notice.
