Decor It Up Balloons currently provides in-person delivery and setup of balloon decorations for events. We do not ship products by mail or courier.
2. Delivery Areas

5. Setup & Handling

Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and safe for setup.
6. Pick-Up / Returns (for rentals, if applicable)

If rental items are added in the future, pick-up and return arrangements will be scheduled directly with the client.

Late returns or missing items may incur additional charges.
7. Changes to Delivery

Any changes to delivery times or locations must be communicated at least [72 hours] before the event.
